Shipping Policy

Thank you for purchasing from MenoTypes.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

All orders are shipped from our Arizona or Texas warehouse within 2 business days of receiving your order. Depending on how far you live from our warehouse, you should receive your order within 2-5 business days after it leaves our warehouse.

We use UPS, USPS, DHL, and on some occasions, we use FedEx to deliver orders.

You will receive email updates from 'Shipbob' to track the status of your order.

Import duties, taxes, tariff, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, etc. are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the product cost and transportation fee for your order. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost – charges vary around the world. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.

The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of the United States of America) the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.

If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

If product is seized and destroyed by customs, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds.

To return your product, email support@menotypes.com and we will send you a return slip.

Once you have received your return slip via email, print the full page and include the return slip in the package with your returned product.
